Attorney Fan Zhang has been engaging in immigration law and related legal services since 2000.
Fan graduated from the prestigious Nanjing University in China in 1989 with a Bachelor's Degree In Philosophy.
He obtained a Master's Degree in Philosophy
from University of Wyoming in 1993.
Fan attended Georgia State University, College of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor's Degree (Cum Laude) in 1998.
Fan then served as a Staff Attorney for Judge Paul C. Moon of Ottawa County Common Pleas Court from 1998 to 2000.
From 2000 to 2017, Fan practiced immigration law and civil trial law with the law firm of Wagoner & Steinberg, Ltd. Fan continues to work as "of counsel" with Wagoner & Steinberg on selected cases.
In 2017, Fan started his own law firm, Fan Zhang, Ltd. as a full immigration service law firm dedicated to immigration and related service.
Fan is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) and Toledo Bar Association (TBA).
Fan is licensed in the States of Ohio and Michigan. He is also authorized to practice before USCIS, the Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. Federal District Courts and U.S Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Attorney Fan Zhang has also been the legal counsel of Chinese Association of Greater Toledo (CAGT) for a decade.
